Currently this can remain a free service to the internet community but artists are asked to find a compatible commercial sponsor who may want to advertise and link off of their venue as a way of supporting their online performances. Depending on popularity and length, these performances involve costs for design/recording, transmission and extra internet bandwidth so a sponsor is highly recommended.

Artists who do not have a sponsor will have to agree to allow a chosen sponsor to appear in their venue or pay a small monthly fee themselves for having no sponsor in a more customized venue. (perfectly acceptable)

While this is primarily a promotion tool, in return for their performance,VBC Design also offers one other link back to a website of the artist's choice, perhaps their homepage or where they may be selling their CDs. Currently only artists and musicians who are prepared to burn or sell CDs of their material are featured in these virtual venues. You must have an existing mail order or online e-commerce arrangement for people to purchase your CDs. If you need this set up, arrangements can be made at the time of the recording for an additional fee.
