JETSAM
jet-sam / Pronunciation [jet-suhm]
-noun goods cast overboard deliberately, as to lighten a vessel or improve its stability in an emergency, which sink where jettisoned or are washed ashore.
And yet some ideas may still be salvageable, often some real treasures wash up on shore for anyone to find and claim. It is hoped that political critique will not throw the baby out with the bathwater, but rather be an instrument for suggesting constructive alternatives. If not then at least some humour and insight into what may really be happening.
